NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AND FEES:

There is a non-refundable deposit of $25 due at the time of booking to reserve your date for all sessions. If your deposit is not paid, your date and time will not be guaranteed.  The remaining balance must be paid on or before your session date.

A travel fee of $0.50 per mile will be applied to any session located more than 20 miles outside of 36502 and can vary depending on location.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

I do understand that uncontrollable things may happen and things do come up. Please let me know as soon as you can if you need to cancel your session. First time rescheduling is complimentary. If you must reschedule a second time, another deposit must be paid. Please remember that deposits are non-refundable.

Staples Photography is not responsible for the loss or damage to the digital files due to circumstances beyond the photographer’s control.  All images will be stored on the photographer’s hard-drive for 6 months after the session date and can be used for promotional purposes at the photographer’s sole discretion. After the 6-month period, all images will be removed and no longer be accessible for viewing or purchasing of any kind. Please remember to download your online gallery immediately to your phone or computer once you receive it.

Staples Photography retains all copyrights to all images created during the client’s session. Clients are free to use photos via social media; however, you may not crop, edit, remove watermark, or alter images taken by Staples Photography.   

It is highly recommended to use professional print labs for best quality of your images. Staples Photography is not responsible for third party lab issues regarding decreased print quality such as low resolution and/or coloring and contrast differences, etc.

Staples Photography DOES NOT distribute original or raw images.
